You would think with all of the publicity the PC industry has gotten that companies would be learning a lesson from others' misfortunes. Heck, Dell has been listening, improving, and investing in customer service heavily since the Jeff Jarvis blogswarm, so it should be on the radar for all companies.
Well apparently not
Sony, because their VAIO customer service experience sounds like hell.
