Adoption of Web 2.0 ideas by Presidential campaigns

I mentioned Twitter in an earlier post, and I'm not quite sure what to think of it. What is interesting is that there is a Presidential campaign out there ahead of the curve on some things. It seems that when John Edward's tech advisers aren't insulting Catholics they can make one or two good decisions. Take a look at John Edward's Twitter profile, it seems like a good way to connect with a certain demographic - and even gain some confidence in the candidate.

So, who do I think will be the most tech-advanced on the Republican side? My guess is Giuliani, mainly because his man Patrick Ruffini knows his stuff.
