Who's in charge of vetting at the White House?

This is getting to be embarassing. After news of Bernard Kerik's nanny problem, arrest warrant, and other issues come this. A double affair? This is not good.

The White House is blaming this on Kerik, but someone needs to get on the ball when it comes to vetting nominees. Thank goodness it did not come out during confirmation hearings, that could have gotten nasty, and he never would have gotten through. I am glad this was caught, we need men of better character and integrity for posts like this.
