Inflation-adjusted GDP growth = 3.83 percent.

On the other hand:

January 1, 1996 - September 30, 1996 - Clinton

Inflation-adjusted GDP growth = 4.33 percent.

Inflation-adjusted GDP growth = 3.23 percent.

And then there’s this:
